Deep down, we're all dreamers. We dream of things we want to accomplish, ideas we want to pursue, and what the future might hold for us. How can we turn these thoughts into action? The key is to put systems in place to hold ourselves accountable. When we keep ourselves on the right track, everything we want is possible.

Healthy habits. One of the biggest reasons why many of us never accomplish our goals is because we don't have the right habits in place. When we create a routine to hit our priorities, everything falls into place. Habits will take time and determination, but they are the ultimate way to ensure our goals are reached.

Time management. Whether we're the richest or poorest person in the world, we all have the same amount of time. Utilizing that time to our advantage is what gives us the power to progress. Once we realize how valuable our time is, creating a schedule of our priorities and following through becomes much easier.

Keep track. With all of the technology around us, it's easier now more than ever to keep track of everything. From notes to calendars, we have tools to help us succeed. The key is to write everything down. Ideas, meetings, and to-do lists should all be marked down. When we keep track of what matters, we put ourselves in a position to win.

Holding ourselves accountable is not easy by any means. After all, we're only human. Accomplishing our dreams will always be difficult, but the right systems and tools will make our goals much easier to reach.

If I could give one tip for people - it's not an exercise or nutrition regimen. It's to walk your talk and believe in yourself, because at the end of the day, the dumbbell and diet don't get you in shape. It's your accountability to your word. -Brett Hoebel
